Firefox version: Nightly 135.0a1 (2024-11-27)

Preconditions:
• must be logged in

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Go to https://www.tiktok.com/tiktokstudio
  2. Click on "Upload".
  3. Observe the banner below the header.

Expected Behavior:
Unsupported banner is not displayed, Firefox is fully supported.

Actual Behavior:
Unsupported banner is displayed, recommending to use Chrome for a better experience.

Notes:

  1. Screenshot attached
  2. Reproducible regardless of the ETP status
  3. Reproducible on Firefox Release as well
  4. Not reproducible on Chrome

Calin - does this still repro? I don;'t have a tiktok account, and to register for one you must install the tiktok app on a phone, which I'm not willing to do. Thanks!

The banner is no longer displayed with Chrome Mask.

Spoofing as Chrome does seem to work, though I haven't tested everything about the app. We won't be able to write an automated test for this, but let's ship an intervention and see what happens.
