Preconditions:
Ensure that the pref "browser.profiles.enabled" is set to true in about:config.
Create at least 2 or 3 switching profiles.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open the "Profiles" from the menu bar.
2. Click on the "Manage profiles" option
3. Observe the "Show this when Firefox opens" checkbox.

Expected result:
Based on the Figma specs, when the user has 2+ profiles, the "Show this when Firefox opens" option should be ON by default.

Actual result:
The "Show this when Firefox opens" is not enabled by default for more than 2 existing profiles. Please see the screenshot.

Regression range:
This is not a regression.

We clarified the scope here today with UX. When the user adds a second profile, they should see the profile selector window on the next restart. However, we won't take any further action--if they delete the second profile and go down to one profile, we will still show the profile selector window until they uncheck the "show at startup" box.

Verified as fixed in Firefox 135.0b4 and Nightly 136.0a1. After creating 2+ profiles, the "Show this when Firefox opens" option is ON by default(checkbox is checked).
