while in IE. it opens an outlook message that has the form results
attached...this just opens a blank email

Steps to Reproduce:
1. go to the url above
2. type in anything in the form
3. click 'submit'
Actual Results:
it opens a blank email
Expected Results:
open a blank email with the form results attached
all netscape 6+, and mozilla things do this

The URL is 404
sorry, instead of riddles.html, try Riddle.html or riddle.html

CORRECTION: IT pastes into the body, instead of attaching
Very uncomfortable

mailto-form submission was broken with 1.3a but works again with 1.3b.
It's our solution to add it in the body since the user should see the submitted
content. (security reasons)
