Tested platforms

• Affected platforms: Windows 11, Windows 10.
• Unaffected platforms: macOS 15.

Preconditions

• Ensure that the pref "browser.profiles.enabled" is set to true in about:config.
• Create one profile using Profile Switching.
• Enable High Contrast Mode in the OS.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open the Profiles panel from the Hamburger menu.
2. Click the Edit button and set a Dark theme.
3. Return to the Profiles panel and hover the mouse over all available options.
4. Click on the Edit button and set a Light theme.
5. Return to the Profiles panel and hover the mouse over all available options.

Expected result

• In steps 3 and 5, all options in the Profiles panel should be fully visible, including text strings and mouse hover effects, regardless of the OS theme or High Contrast Mode.

Actual result

• In High Contrast Mode, visibility issues occur depending on the OS theme: the Edit button, Other profiles, and Manage profiles text strings or mouse hover effects are not visible under certain combinations of OS and browser themes.

Regression range

• This is not a regression; it's introduced with the Profile Switching feature.

Additional notes

• On Windows 11: visibility issues with text strings on mouse hover occur under the following combinations:
  -- OS: Aquatic theme + Nightly: Light themes
  -- OS: Desert + Nightly: Dark themes
  -- OS: Dusk + Nightly: Light themes
  -- OS: Night sky + Nightly: Light themes.

• On Windows 10 - visibility issues occur regardless of the OS or Nightly theme combination: either the mouse hover effect is not visible, or text strings are not visible on hover.
