Tested platforms

• Affected platforms: Windows 11, Windows 10.
• Unaffected platforms: macOS 15.

Preconditions

• Ensure that the pref "browser.profiles.enabled" is set to true in about:config.
• Create one profile using Profile Switching.
• Enable High Contrast Mode in the OS.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open the Profiles panel from the Hamburger menu.
2. Click the Edit button.
3. Hover the mouse over the Avatars.

Expected result

• The Avatars should be fully visible while in High Contrast.

Actual result

• The focus ring is not visible on mouse hover. Please see the screenshot for more details.

Regression range

• This is not a regression; it's introduced with the Profile Switching feature.
