Steps to reproduce:

open any page and scroll (a Wikipedia article) scroll down, and restart app

Actual results:

page loads at the top

Expected results:

page loads at the remembered scroll position

I'm able to reproduce this and I think this used to work before. Moving this to GeckoView so this can be better triaged.

I believe it is not directly SHIP related, but probably due to the changes I made in the infra during refactoring for SHIP. As our unit tests did not fail, I believe something's going on at higher levels, during page/session restoration. (I could reproduce this as well, will add some logs and see what's missing later this week, and update this ticket. Keeping ni request uncleared until then.)
