Is this something we should call out in the Nightly release notes? Please nominate if yes.

Release Note Request (optional, but appreciated)
[Why is this notable]: This is a significant change for third-party tracker cookies in the Nightly channel.
[Affects Firefox for Android]: Yes
[Suggested wording]: From Nightly 135, the third-party tracking cookies are protected by Total Cookie Protection instead of being blocked.

Removing from the Nightly release notes per our policy of keeping them there for a maximum of 3 cycles. We can add a new note for bug 1918342 once that lands and is ready to ride the trains.
