Steps to reproduce:

I can reproduce it here: https://jsfiddle.net/6bj0v317/

Steps:

  1. Add formAssociated getter to a custom element and have it return true
  2. Attempt to drag the element

Actual results:

The dragstart event does not fire when the element is form associated.

Expected results:

The dragstart event fires like it normally does.
