HTTP3_TIMER_DELAYED is recorded here, and we noticed that it logs many negative values.
We would like to understand the cause of this behavior.

I'm not seeing any negative values for this probe - query.
(It's been migrated to glean where it's not clear to me that one could log negative values for a timing distribution.)

Also looking at the latest implementation, it's no longer possible to record a negative value.

Closing as worksforme but feel free to re-open.
