Note
- When the user logs into Netflix and attempts to play a video on Ubuntu 24.04.1 ARM and Nightly v135.0a1 aarch64.

Steps to reproduce
- Log into Netflix and play a video.
Expected result
- Video plays as expected.
Actual result
- Error: Pardon the interruption

- In both the Nightly aarch64 and Release aarch64, the only plugin available is OpenH264 Video Codec, while Widevine is not installed.

This is expected (bug 1935655 comment 8).

The same or similar behavior was also observed in the case of the following streaming platforms:
- Hulu.com - does not play - shows an infinite loading animation
- Max.com - does not play - Message: "Couldn't play content; Error code: 1K-0003"
- canalplus.com - does not play - "Erreur OPES 165 - Aucune ressource n'est disponible pour ce contenu;
Erreur PERSO-6OPES 165;PERSO-6;Available playsets were found, but none are supported"
