The placeholders that smartblock inserts for supported embeds includes a logo. This logo sometimes does not load properly and shows a "no image" placeholder.
It seems to happen more often/only on slower internet connections.
Can be reproduced by throttling your network connection via browser tools and repeatedly reloading a site with supported embeds like: https://www.buzzfeed.com/amandaeedelman/the-best-dog-tiktok-accounts-to-follow-for-all-the-cuteness
