Firefox version: Firefox 133.0 (release)
Preconditions:
- ETP set to STRICT
- Clean profile
Steps to reproduce:
- Navigate to: https://revistascratch.com/
- Attempt to scroll the page
Expected Behavior:
The page scrolls
Actual Behavior:
Scrolling is not possible
Notes:
- Not reproducible with ETP STANDARD/turned OFF (both Normal and Private Browsing)
- Reproducible on the latest Nightly
- With ETP Standard, once the cookie policy is accepted, scrolling is possible

This is a CMP related issue. We blocked cmp.inmobi.com and the CMP doesn't show up, which prevents the page from scrolling.
