Details
Steps to reproduce:
I accidentally closed Firefox right as I opened it. I open it again to find that for whatever dumb reason, Firefox remembered the session with only a new tab, effectively wiping my session that had a few windows of webpages.
Expected results:
Firefox should not remember a session that only has an empty new tab. It should've kept my previous session. Honestly, it's ridiculous that the bug is still not fixed yet in this day and age.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Firefox::Session Restore' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please correct in case you think the bot is wrong.

Hello! I have managed to reproduce the issue with firefox 135.0a1(2024-12-16) on Ubuntu 22.04 and Windows 10.
I will mark this issue as NEW in order for our developers to get involved and take it into consideration for further releases,
Have a nice day!
