For historical reasons, the ASRouter module makes use of TelemetryFeed for collecting various measurements with Glean. As New Tab is likely going to be shipping more frequently than the rest of the code base, we should try to sever this connection so that ASRouter is using its own mechanism for sending measurements. The measurements themselves do not need to change.
