Not sure what's going on here but there are a handful of users affected so it might be a valid issue. I'm filing this mostly for having it on file and tracking the volume.

Very strange that we aren't getting the symbols. I confirmed that the symbols remain on the symbol server (I reuploaded them) and I also confirmed that the module hash matches the uploaded symbols. And yet it doesn't resolve!

This came up again today, Andrew do you have a link to the symbols on the symbol server? I'd like to check why they aren't resolving correctly for us.

It looks like the .dylib is missing, but the symbol is still there? I still have the original symbol zips available which I can share.
Here is the original OSX upload:
https://symbols.mozilla.org/uploads/upload/512185
symbol file upload: https://symbols.mozilla.org/uploads/files/file/45375123
it is still available at:
https://symbols.mozilla.org/libopenh264.7.dylib/2A09B5CC711D3A689D0DADADD3F73A1A0/libopenh264.7.dylib.sym
library file upload: https://symbols.mozilla.org/uploads/files/file/45375124
should have been available at but not found:

:jimm, could you consider increasing the severity of this top-crash bug?

The spike is caused by 1-3 OSX users on nightly with the 2.6.0 plugin.

Looks like this is a different symbol altogether. The debug ID is 7D29A448E40937A89A8C2AE74C2FE9CA0, that's why it cannot be found.
