• Use JP VPN

Steps to reproduce

1. Reach the address form on https://www.otakumode.com
2. Check autofill/preview/clear functionality on "Prefecture" field

Expected result

• Form autofill/preview/clear should be applied on all the eligible fields.

Actual result

• Form autofill/preview/clear aren't applied the "Prefecture" field.

Regression range

• N/A

Additional notes

• Reproducible on Chrome.
• Autofill isn't applied on "City" field since there is no "City" field in saved addresses form.
