A lot of our users seem to be dismissing the local network permission prompt. Not sure if this item would actually populate the popup, but I think it would help to explain why Firefox needs to access local network resources - to access a router or servers in your local network.

Any app that uses the local network, directly or indirectly, should include this description. This includes apps that use Bonjour and services implemented with Bonjour, as well as direct unicast or multicast connections to local hosts.
