Some small changes.

  1. Ensure unfollow a section updates already open tabs.
  2. Remove duplicate section and sectionKey props passed along to telemetry.
  3. Add block section telemetry to happen after confirm dialog.
  4. Add a DIALOG_CLOSE action.
