Preconditions

• For Beta set the following prefs to true: network.cookie.cookieBehavior.optInPartitioning (3pcd), network.cookie.cookieBehavior.optInPartitioning.pbmode (3pcd for PBM), network.cookie.CHIPS.enabled

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to https://www.alibabacloud.com/.
2. Tap on "Login" in the top right corner of the page, enter the login page https://account.alibabacloud.com/login/login.htm, and log in using your own account or Google account.
3. Navigate to the website's navigation header, > Products" category > "DataBase" subdirectory > Find the product named "ApsaraDB RDS for MySQL"
4. Tap on the product to enter the product detail page: https://www.alibabacloud.com/product/apsaradb-for-rds-mysql
5. Tap on the "Console" entrance on the page, and you will enter the product console page: https://rdsnext.console.aliyun.com/.
6. Tap on "Application Marketplace" in the left side menu of the page.
7. Notice that an iframe page is embedded on the right side, turning into a page with an error message and unable to display the normal business content.

Expected result

• The page content is displayed.

Actual result

• A list of headers is displayed, but they cannot be expanded to view the content, when the prefs are set to true.
• The same page displays a different content when the prefs are set to false.

Regression range

• Not a regression.
