On Windows 2000 the print preview has invisible scroll bars (if I click on the
spot where I think the up arrow and down arrow are the preview scrolls).
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Surf to any web page (say: http://mozilla.org)
2. File>>Print Preview

Actual Results:
invisible scroll bars (see attachment)
Expected Results:
have normal scroll bars
