Steps to reproduce [can add screenshots or video recordings for reference]:
Create a tab group
Open the Tab overflow menu
Expected behavior [What should have happened?]:
Tabs inside tab group should be left aligned according to spec
Actual behavior [What actually happened?]:
Tabs inside tab group aren't left aligned correctly so it's hard to tell whats in side a group and what's not (see screenshot)
