Steps to reproduce:

Launch Firefox.

Actual results:

The browser regularly starts with the following settings reset to default:

  • theme (light/dark)
  • URL bar position (top/bottom)
  • search settings
  • homepage settings

Most other settings are probably reset. Firefox sync account stays correctly configured.

This does not happen on every launch. I don't know what triggers the reset.

My device has Android 10.

Expected results:

Firefox should retain its settings across sessions.
