Steps to reproduce:

  • enable the new toolbar in secret settings in nightly or beta
  • disable the setting "customize > scroll to hide address bar and toolbar"
  • install and open a progressive webapp eg. tumblr.com

Actual results:

there is an empty cutout at the bottom where the toolbar would be on a normal page

Expected results:

the page should have taken up the entire screen

This looks like Bug 1937219 which was fixed recently. (In Beta and Nightly)
