Steps to reproduce
- Visit
about:preferences#general. - Scroll to
about:preferences#general:~:text=Fonts. - Select "Advanced..."
Actual results
The "Size:" parameters do not indicate what measure they utilize, nor are their values accompanied by a short-hand measure indicator (like pt or px), rendering the values nigh meaningless – confusion already exists:
Firefox's font sizes in its settings page seem to be in pixels.
Expected result
The user should be explcitly informed of which measure the browser is requesting.

about:config lets you "look under the hood" to where those values are stored, but it is irrelevant to this request. If you're using about:config the documentation is the source code. People not comfortable looking there that shouldn't be messing with about:config.
Adjusting the summary to reflect the user-facing UI surface, where this request does make sense. (I believe the units are "CSS pixels")

dveditz@mozilla.com, yeah, this is only for the about:preferences section. I referenced those keys because I can't be certain that the GUI shan't change before this report is completed, and thus want to ensure that I refer to everything with the most stable nomenclature possible.
