Details

User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; en-US; rv:1.3b) Gecko/20030210 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; en-US; rv:1.3b) Gecko/20030210 Mozilla has been freezing regularly ever since I upgraded to 1.3b. I'm using the browser (usually with lots of tabs) and Mail/News connected to an IMAP/TLS mail server and an NNTP/TLS news server. If I'm using Mozilla it happens every hour or so. Very frustrating and I have lost work because of this. I haven't seen anything this bad on any milestone build since 0.9.4 or something. 1.3a didn't have this problem, nor did 1.2.1, 1.2, 1.1 etc. Sorry I don't have any more information. I haven't been able to isolate the steps necessary to reproduce this. But it's so severe I felt like I should report it since, unlike when it crashes, it wasn't sending you guys any information about the problem. Reproducible: Couldn't Reproduce Steps to Reproduce: 1. Run Mozilla for an hour or so. Open tabs, check mail, start writing a letter -- eventually it freezes. Actual Results: App freezes and is totally unresponsive -- no repainting of the screen or anything. I have to kill it manually. Expected Results: not freeze. Again, I'm sorry that I don't have a real way of reproducing it. I'll try to keep my eyes open for any obvious cause. Is there some way I can get a stack dump when it's frozen? Maybe that would help you.
