Steps to reproduce

1. Go to https://tiendamia.com/ar/
2. Add an item to cart and proceed to checkout
3. Reach the address form
4. Fill in values that were not previously saved in about:preferences#privacy
5. Submit the form

Expected result

• The address capture doorhanger appears on form submission and all the filled in values are captured and stored properly.

Actual result
* When entering new values, the address capture doorhanger doesn't appear not even when leaving the pref extensions.formautofill.addresses.capture.requiredFields empty.*
