Bug 1939553 is fixing a regression due to the inline event handler change where as a result selecting "Open all in tabs" from a folder on the bookmarks toolbar fails to work.

We should add a test to check that the functionality is working correctly. I think we should also check to see if we have tests that open bookmarks from the toolbar or not.
