Similar to the pop-up, images, or cookies permission manager, it would be nice
to disallow certain sites to use plugins (most notably flash, but only 'cause of
annoying ads).  I don't know if it would be best to keep track of permissions
based on plugin and site, or just site (ie, block all plugins from this site),
or some other option, but I would imagine per-site, per-plugin permissions
wouldn't be that much up from just per-site permissions.
