Details
These modes are to set mozilla up to be the default browser and mail under WinXP
Sp1 and Win2k Sp3.
Right now, they show the self-extracting dialog.

Seamonkey and Firefox are using a new NSIS based installer. resolving this old
bug, please reopen if you still get this with the new installer
