Steps to reproduce:

  1. Have multiple profiles open.
  2. Go to app menu and click Profiles --> Create new profile
  3. New profile opens with Create Profile screen open

Expected behavior:

  1. I can interact with all fields and buttons, including name, avatar, delet, etc.
  2. There is no Privacy Policy tab that appears

Actual behavior:

  1. I am unable to interact with any options in the Create Profile window, including the prompt that appears when I try to close the window
  2. The privacy policy tab appears
  3. I am forced to quit the app from the taskbar in order to close this profile

Yesterday I successfully created at least one profile, and deleted it from the creation screen. So I'm not sure why it stopped working.

This looks like an underlying issue not strictly profiles related that I've seen frequently where after launch Firefox gets into an odd focus state on macOS. If you look at the tab titles they are greyed out as if the window isn't focused and you will find that you can't interact with anything in content pages. The workaround is to focus some other window and then refocus the main window but obviously that's not great so we should figure out what is going on here and fix it properly.
