The XUL Dialog Buttons test suite had display problems for three of the
examples. The first was for the menu attached to a button.  The second was a
tool tip attached to a button and the third was for the OK, Cancel, etc. buttons
example which said it failed the property test.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to the Debug menu item.
2. Then select the XUL Test Suite.
3. Select the #4 Dialog Buttons menu item and try each example.

Actual Results:  
Three of the examples did not work.  See details for exact problem.

Expected Results:  
Each of the Dialog button example should work as stated by the underlining code.

Please search Bugzilla before filing bugs. According to bug 180450 comment 1,
the tests are outdated.
