Steps to reproduce [can add screenshots or video recordings for reference]:
Create a tab group with many tabs inside (example has 26 tabs)
Open enough ungrouped tabs in the tab strip to have scrolling arrows appear to the left and right of the tab strip
Expected behavior [What should have happened?]:
I can expand and collapse a group without the tab strip scrolling to another position (if I click on the group to expanding/collapse, it should still stay in the same position or close enough to the same position so I wouldn't have to move my mouse to click on it again).
Actual behavior [What actually happened?]:
When expanding and collapsing a large tab group, the tab strip scrolls so the label is no longer visible on the tab strip (expanding). When collapsing the tab group the tab strip scrolls so I have to move my mouse to click on the tab group again (see video attachment).

Here's a description: say you are in an active tab at the right of the tab bar. You expand a group with ~20 tabs at the left of the tab bar. When the group expanded, both the active tab is pushed off screen, and the group label is off screen. It is a little jarring or disorienting.
It would be less disorienting if, when I expand a group, the expanded group label stayed in place as much as possible, so that it's easy to A. confirm which group was expanded and B. collapse the group or right click the group label to manage it
