1942099 - Clean up search entries in Nimbus' FeatureManifest.yml

There's a few features that are now enabled by default and that we no longer need to have available for experiments:

• logEnabled - Enables the search service logging (this was added for the address bar test day, but overall I'm not sure it is useful to keep in).
• These are controlling preferences that are now enabled by default:
  • richSuggestionsFeatureGate
  • serpEventTelemetryCategorizationEnabled
  • trendingEnabled
  • newSearchConfigEnabled

This change only removed variables from the Nimbus features, so no need for QA testing here.
