The websites team is currently preparing to stand up a new website at https://www.firefox.com. We would like this website to have the same UITour privileges as www.mozilla.org, and as such we'd like to add https://www.firefox.com to the allow-list for UITour permitted websites.

• If this is not a sec:{high,crit} bug, please state case for ESR consideration: www.firefox.com has some Firefox-specific features enabled by the uitour permission. Old ESR versions don't have that permission, hence why we'd like to uplift this patch to ESR 115 and 128.
• User impact if declined: Users of ESR 115 and 128 browsing www.firefox.com.
• Fix Landed on Version: 136
• Risk to taking this patch: Low
• Why is the change risky/not risky? (and alternatives if risky): It's not risky because the patch is minimal and self-contained.
