Details

The current 10.15 tasks on CI can't support HEVC decoding, even if their machine (mini r8) should be able to decode HEVC HW. However, HEVC decoding works on other machines running 11 and 14.7. The CI team is going to deprecate those 10.15 tasks soon, and we should try again by then.
