In both Composer and Mail Compose, we can create hyperlinks. When reading mail, we can see the destination on the status bar by mousing over the link before clicking. We also need to do so from compose windows (sending mail) to fix the following usability problem: - what did I link that text to again (just by a mouse over)?

This isn't an editor:core bug. This is specific to mail compose. Composer displays a tooltip when you mouse over a link. Mail Compose could also display a tooltip or use some other UI. -->Mail/News for rfe consideration
