User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/131.0.0.0 Safari/537.36
Steps to reproduce:
I deleted an e-mail account by using the google chrome browser.
Actual results:
I opened Mozilla Thunderbird and recognized a pop-up. I closed the pop-up four times due to the fact that the e-mail account is not existent anymore. Since then, I repeat the annoying process everytime I open Mozilla Thunderbird. I want to maintain the deleted accounts archive in Thunderbird in order manage all emails from past transactions.
Expected results:
I feel like it would be more comfortable, if the pop-up would show up only once and after closing it, it does not show up anymore. So if I start Mozilla Thunderbird again its gone and if there is another issue like I have been changing my accounts password, I can insert it when Mozilla Thunderbird asking in the first place or via extras -> account setup. By Mozilla only asking once when the case occurs in the first place, it feels somehow less annoying and there ensure a rather better user experience in my opinion.

See bug 312619. For the multiple prompts, you may also have to disconnect calendar and addressbooks you may have connected to google.

(And of course, disable the check for new mails, in the account settings)
