Preconditions

• Have at leat one profile created with the Profile Switching feature.
• Open Firefox using the Terminal and the command /firefox -p --width=700 --height=768

Steps to reproduce

1. Launch Firefox at a resolution of 700 x 768 px.
2. Enter about:editprofile mode.
3. Observe the top space and the avatar icon.

Expected result

• The Avatar icon should stack on top in a smaller size.
• The top space should also be 32 px as per figma doc.

Actual result

• The Avatar icon does not stack on top and the top space is aprox. 48 px.

Regression range

• This is not a regression - it's introduced with Profile Switching profiles feature.
