Details

As a followup to Homepage as a New Tab we could allow navigating through the browser address bar to other in-app destinations like history, bookmarks, downloads.

A separate investigation for the complete specs and UX is needed.
Initial point of contact will be @topotropic.

This seems to also be what Chrome does

As a side note Chrome already supports this through the chrome scheme, eg: chrome://bookmarks, chrome://history, chrome://downloads etc.
