We have a generically named --border-color design token that we only assign a value to in @media (prefers-contrast) mode. It seems to be used in a couple places at least, seemingly to add a border only in HCM. If that's the idea then maybe we should still make it transparent by default and/or change the token name? Alternatively if we want this to be a more generic gray border or something we should update the values.
