When I add spacers when customizing the toolbar, everything doesn't line up

Steps to reproduce:
Added spacers. This is the same on my work Windows machine as well as my personal Mac.
Actual results:
The items do not line up. They are like staggered. It looks weird.
Expected results:
The Firefox View, Back Arrow, and Bookmark bar should line up.
