From ChatZilla menu:
ChatZilla prefs menu item would sit better in Edit menu
Install plugin menu item would sit better in Tools menu
From IRC menu:
Networks menu item would sit better in Tools menu
Switch text direction menu item would sit better in Edit menu
Rest of menu items could sit in the ChatZilla menu

Another thought I had was to move "Clear Tab" and "Hide Tab" to the View menu and move "Status" to the ChatZilla menu.

I think this looks good, I'd perhaps consider renaming "Preferences" -> "ChatZilla Preferences" (but that's minor - as it is now, it is clear that the other one opens the SeaMonkey-wide preferences), and, as I've (I think) commented on IRC, I wonder if the networks editor should instead be in the Edit menu next to these preferences items, kind of like account settings in Mail&News.
