Tab overflow menu does not reflect the current state of saved tab groups reopened or deleted from the overflow menu until reopened

Steps to reproduce

  1. Create a new tab group with tabs.
  2. Right click on the tab group name and select "Save and close group".
  3. Open the tab overflow menu.
  4. Right click on the saved tab group in the overflow menu.
  5. Select "Open Group in This Window" or "Delete Group".

Expected behavior

The tab group name should, depending on which comment you selected in step 5 above, either:

  1. Move from the overflow menu's tab groups section to the open tabs section.
  2. Or disappear from the overflow menu.

Actual behavior

The tab group name is still listed the overflow menu's tab group even though it has been reopened or deleted. If you close and then reopen the overflow menu, the menu will then show the correct tab group state.
