Adding any bookmarks into that folder retains the (empty) menu item. You can add bookmarks by dragging from locatoin bar, or using the manage bookmarks tool. Either way, it stays on for a few mozilla loads and then mysteriously disappears later. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Create folder on bookmark toolbar 2. Drag bookmarks or use manage bookmarks to add to folder 3. Open the folder toolbar item, and you'll see (empty) at the top.
