194418 - Pref to opennew tab instead of a new window

Some web pages (like the one I entered above, are set to open links in a new
window.  If ever there was a time to use a tab, this is it.  I would like the
preference to say "Use Tab for new window requests".

A related option to "tear off" a tab so that it runs it another window would be
helpful.

I would also like the option to load my home page when I request a new tab (CTRL
-T or "Open a New Tab" button).  I think I have seen this one in the list of
open issues already.
