Windows 2000, 5.00.2195, Service Pak 3 Dell Optiplex GX110 Pentium III, 930 MHz, 128MB Ram, 38GB HD I attempted to downloaded an efax attachment (www.efax.com) from an email/efax message from my account at www.mail.com. The attachment was 2 pages, and had the filename: 56717e43.efx I clicked on the attachment to download, as normal. The first time I tried, the download manager opened, but the file never started to download. I tried again, and the download manager never started, and a blank page just hung. Subsequent attempts to download resulted in continued hanging blank pages. I eventually downloaded the attachment with IE 6.0.28 with no problems. I have previously downloaded efax attachments with 1.0.2 with no problems before. I just downloaded 1.3b today (F 2/21/03) to try it.
