1. I attempted to add https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2331030#c0:~:text=2024%2D12%2D08%2016:03:04%20UTC-,Description%20of%20problem:,-I%20tried%20to to show_bug.cgi?id=1935897.

   Expected results

   It should have been added.

   Actual results

   I was informed of the undermentioned:

   Invalid Bug URL

   Description%20of%20problem: is not a valid URL to a bug. Improper external URL.

2. I added https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2331030#c0.

   Expected results

   As aforementioned:

   It should have been added.

   Actual results

   It was.
