Overview: According to the Message Views UI Spec
(http://mozilla.org/mailnews/specs/views/#MsgViewSet)

Instead of using the current More/Fewer button implementation, use the +/-
button implementation to create more criterias.

Jen, this would also effect other windows such as Filter Rules, Search Messages,
and Advanced Address Book Search. Should separate bugs be logged for each window
as well?

Yes, they should all match.

Not sure. I believe these dialogs share some code, so if its changed in one
place, do the other places automatically get the changes as well?

the fix for the +/- buttons would affect search, views, and filters.

this is a dup of a bug shuehan owns, and she has the fix, but due to risk, it 
was marked nsbeta1- -> 1.5 alpha

removing nsbeta1, we don't need to triage this.

This WFM now (fixed by another bug implementing new search term layout).
