Verified as Fixed. Tested on the latest Nightly (140.0a1/20250521212425).

The “On-device AI” link is displayed in the sidebar of about:addons. Clicking it directs the user to the “Manage On-Device AI Models” page which contains the following: the title of the page, a short description, a “Learn more” link (currently redirecting to a placeholder page) and the cards for the local models that are currently installed. See attached screenshot.
