[css-pseudo-4] Allow intervening space and no-break space in ::first-letter, preceding the letter
- RESOLVED: Allow spaces between initial punctuation and the ::first-letter

This affects a couple of existing reftests that explicitly tested for
the old behavior of terminating ::first-letter at a space; those are
updated for the new behavior.
It also causes the existing first-letter-punctuation-and-space WPT
to start passing.
